These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Seza App LLC (“Seza,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including services branded as SezaPay. By accessing or using the Seza platform—including mobile top-ups, eSIM plans, digital gift cards, and related payment features—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
1. Services Provided
Seza provides a digital platform that enables users to:
- Send international mobile airtime and data top-ups.
- Purchase, send, and redeem digital gift cards.
- Purchase and activate eSIM data plans for travel and connectivity.
- Initiate payments and transactions through SezaPay.
Services are subject to availability, carrier and network limitations, geographic restrictions, and third-party provider conditions.
2. SezaPay & Payment Services
SezaPay is the internal payment and wallet functionality operated by Seza App LLC to facilitate authorized transactions on the platform. SezaPay is not a bank and does not issue bank accounts or stored-value accounts.
Payments are transmitted through regulated and licensed third-party payment partners. Any wallet balance displayed represents a ledger entry used solely to initiate permitted transactions.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- Seza may require identity verification or additional information.
4. Payments, Pricing & Fees
- All transactions must be authorized and paid in full before delivery.
- Service fees, FX rates, or processing fees are disclosed at checkout.
- Pricing may vary by destination, provider, or network.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; Seza does not store full card data.
5. Top-Ups, eSIMs & Digital Goods (Final Sale)
- Mobile top-ups, eSIM plans, and digital gift cards are considered digital goods and are non-refundable once successfully delivered or activated.
- Delivery and activation depend on third-party carriers, networks, and providers outside of Seza’s control.
- You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details (phone number, device, country, carrier compatibility).
6. Failed, Delayed, or Reversed Transactions
- If a transaction fails and funds are deducted, Seza will investigate and either retry, reverse, or refund where applicable.
- You must notify Seza Support within 24 hours of a suspected issue.
- Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
7. Compliance, Monitoring & Restrictions
Seza maintains compliance controls, including identity verification, transaction monitoring, and risk-based limits.
- Seza may delay, limit, suspend, or refuse transactions to comply with legal obligations.
- Accounts may be restricted or terminated for suspected fraud or abuse.
- Use of Seza for unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
8. Service Availability
Seza strives for reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, carrier outages, or third-party failures may impact availability.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, software, and technology are owned or licensed by Seza App LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Seza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Seza is not responsible for third-party carrier or provider failures.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction.
11. Suspension & Termination
Seza may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion to protect users, partners, or comply with legal requirements.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, where permitted.
